Kit includes the Transfer patterns, Embroidery needle, and all the six strand Embroidery floss you will need for the patterns. Brand new in unopened package.

I choose biodegradable packaging

My first choice for shipping is paper & boxes for their biodegradability. The cost to ship in a box is often the same as a poly-mailer.

Though some Poly-mailers are from recycled materials, they are from industry waste, not from post-consumer products, & being plastic, they are always off-gassing carbon dioxide, and can take 20-1000 years to biodegrade, leaving behind toxic air, soil & water. After that, they aren’t really gone, but are micro-plastics, continuing to harm the environment. Even one of Benedict Cumberbatch’s pet peeve's is single use plastics. Boxes biodegrade between 3 months to 5 years & are not toxic.

If the cost of the box is determined by size & not weight, I will use heavier packing material like new unused carpet pad remnants, newspaper, etc.

RETURN POLICY
. If you have questions about the item, please ask before placing a bid. Bidding for items is fun, but keep in mind that each bid you make is a binding contract. If a return must be made because it is defective, please contact me for return instructions right away. The Original Shipping cost is not refundable, and the return shipping cost must be paid for by the buyer . Please Bid cautiously & carefully. DAMAGED ITEM POLICY:. I carefully pack each & every item with sufficient packing material to ensure a safe journey. Unfortunately, accidents do happen & sadly an item may arrive damaged. It is just as upsetting for me as it is for you. Should this happen, please send me a message through eBay the day the item arrives , or the next day. The process takes time, and it needs to get started right away with no delays or eBay may cancel the claim. Please include several CLEAR PICTURES of the damaged item, box & packing material. I will then file an insurance claim with USPS using the information you provided. Once the claim has been approved & I receive the insurance funds, I will refund your PayPal account. Please keep in mind that this process can take up to 4 weeks depending on how quickly USPS can process the claim. This is something I have no control over. Please be sure to hold onto the damaged item, box & packing materials as you may be contacted by USPS to bring these items to your local Post Office for inspection. If this procedure isn't followed, USPS will deny the claim. Should USPS deny the claim, I cannot issue you a refund for the damaged item. USPS will only reimburse for the amount that was insured.
