Chinese Silk & Gold Thread Embroidery

Offered is a framed Chinese embroidery of a Mandarin Duck with a blue bird and 2 butterflies in the border of a roundel.  The embroidery measures 10" in diameter and is set in a gold fabric ground.  The frame measures 15.5" on each side and is in poor condition.  The frame has a 3/4" gold wood outer border and ii is chipped in several sections.  There is a dark blue velvet-texture liner that is about 1 inch across and next to the fabric center is a 3/4" gold wood liner.  The glass is in good condition.  I do not know the age of the embroidery.  It has many sections in gold metallic thread with outlined areas in gold metallic thread.  The duck is completely filled in with shaded areas of thread.
