You can use any format for the picture: i.e., cdr, eps, ai, jpg, bmp, png. It is very important for us to have a clear picture with high resolution, to see all the little details. If you don't have an image or it is not clear, please describe the details as thoroughly as possible. Tell me, please: 1. The size (sizes) of the machine embroidery design, that you prefer, and the size of the embroidery machine hoop. 2. The type of fabric, which you are going to use to embroider. It is important because if you want to use a jersey or leather, we will make machine embroidery design precisely for jersey or leather. We would like to ask you to provide as many details as possible about your order. It will help us to create the design exactly as you want. After that, I will tell you the cost of digitizing. Your file in required format would be uploaded or sent via email or any other way suitable for you. The digitization time depends on the level of complexity and on our workload at the time of order.  Typical digitizing time is between 1 to 36 hours.
