Dragonflies Hand Embroidery

A hand embroidery pattern featuring dragonflies flying about leaves and plants; a small glimpse of a moment in nature. This hand embroidery pattern measures 6" x 7" and is easily transferred to fabric using methods from craft/sewing stores. A fun pattern to embroider with basic embroidery stitches of stem stitch and back stitch. You can embroider the pattern in your own favorite colors, match a project you have in mind, or it would look really nice in redwork!  You can also embroider just a portion of the pattern as seen in the last photo where I made a needlebook embroidered with one dragonfly and a few leaves. The floss colors used in the sample are noted in the pattern. A nice size pattern to finish with framing, sewing, or quilting.
