Finished/Completed P. Buckley Moss “Taking Turns” Cross Stitch Mom Teaching Daughter to Quilt On 14ct Off White Aida Stitch Count 234 stitches wide x 259 stitches high Fabric Size: 20.5” wide 20.75" high Design Size: 14.75” wide 15.5”high Border Size: 2.75” – 3” This is a beautiful finished cross stitch piece. It is stitched on a piece of 14ct white Aida. I just love the P. Buckley Moss designs but I only have one that is finished and framed hanging in my sewing room. I did, however, stitch one of three girls playing nurses and I framed it with my nursing degree. I love framing cross stitch designs with personal items so that the final product is more “mine”. I also framed Mirabilia’s Flag Lady with my law school degree and Mirabilia’s Lady of Justice with my Ohio Supreme Court authorization/certificate (what do they call that?) to practice law in Ohio. All 3 of these are hanging in my office and whenever I go in there they make me smile. If I were an avid quilter I would frame this with pictures of quilts I have finished or with pictures of me teaching my daughter to sew, etc. You get the idea. I purchased a ton of finished cross stitch designs (Mirabilia, Lavender & Lace, and Paula Vaughan as well as this P. Buckley Moss). I was in the process of having them all framed so I could hang them in my home but then I moved to our final retirement home and I have already exhausted my wall space which is entirely filled with other Mirabilia, Lavender & Lace, and Paula Vaughan designs. My husband won’t let me go further up the wall even though I see this as a perfectly valid option. Anyway, these are the designs that will never be framed and hung so I have to re-home them. I know there are people out there who don’t have the time or patience to complete these designs but who would love to have them anyway. This is your chance to obtain one of these designs already stitched! All you have to do is frame it. BTW, Hobby Lobby did all my framing and they did a wonderful job. I am not at all affiliated with them. I just love their framing department. In case you are new here: I am retired and have moved into a house where I simply do not have room for the tons of kits and what-not I have collected over the last 40 years so I am in the midst of decluttering. I have designer bead kits, scale miniatures, BBW clothing, jewelry, loose beads, and more. Take a look & you might find something you like. Thank you for reviewing my listing! Payment should be made within 48 hours of purchase. I will ship within 48 hours of payment unless it is a weekend or a postal holiday. For the past few months I have been able to ship within 24 hours unless the next day is a Sunday or a postal holiday in which case I will ship the day after. This remains my goal. I cheerfully offer discounts on shipping for multiple purchases made on the same day . Once you have placed everything you want in your cart request an invoice and I will send you one with the adjusted shipping. Then you can make payment. I will ship all your items together if possible. If it is not possible to ship everything together then I will let you know what the additional postage is. Thanks again!
