Indian Ethnic Embroidery

This is a beautiful skirt made with heavy duty fabric. The waist when tied to the smallest waist size is 28”. If tied looser it can fit a larger waist. The hem on the inside has needles that’s holding the hem up. I have not removed them, so please take note of that. It probably needs to be sewn.
