This unit is a floor model unit that has been used as a demo unit on a sewing machine sales floor for 1-2 years. The unit is new with minimal hours of use in store but is being sold as new other and without manufacturer warranty. The unit is in 100% functional condition with very little to no cosmetic defects. The unit has been fully tuned, timed, oiled, and cleaned prior to shipping.
We will warrant the unit free of defects for a 90-day period after purchase. In case of a defect, we will replace or repair the machine at our discretion. Customer will pay shipping costs to send unit to our repair facility for repair. If it is found the machine does not have a defect and the fault is due to misuse (such as a damaged bobbin case because of feeding material incorrectly and jamming the needle) customer will be required to pay return shipping after repair. If the defect is indeed a product defect, we will pay return shipping. There will be no returns accepted for this product. Product is exactly as listed, and we keep a video file on file showing the unit in full operation to dispute fraudulent return claims.
