With my embroidery software, I can write up to 36 SHV designs to a 3.5-inch floppy disk or USB drive formatted for your Designer 1 or 2 embroidery machine.  That number (36) is the maximum number of designs that can be written to a Designer 1 floppy.  Those 36 designs can be from a number of sources:  (1) You can e-mail me the designs in any embroidery format as an attachment (my e-mail address is sent to you by Ebay when you buy) and I will write them to a floppy disk or USB, (2) You can select the designs from any shown on my items for sale (please be specific - you can choose from Disney characters, cartoon characters, alphabets, Super Heroes, Noah's Ark, Star Wars, Harley Davidson - the list is huge), or (3) you can pick out a subject or character from one of my disks for sale and I will pick out up to 36 representative designs for your floppy disk or USB. At the request of a customer, I now offer twelve new sets of up to 36 flower and cutwork designs on floppy or USB.  The sets include Flower Set 1 (picture 1), Flower Set 2 (picture 2), Flowers and Frames 2 (picture 3), Summer Flowers 1 (picture 4), Summer Flowers 2 (picture 5), Summer Flowers 3 (picture 6), Large Flowers For Mega-Hoop (picture 7), Cutwork 1 - Scallops (picture 8), Cutwork 2 - Scallops/Borders (picture 9), Cutwork 3 - Large Mega-Hoop (picture 10), Cutwork 4 - Mega-Hoop Favorites (picture 11), and Cutwork 5 - Custom 100x100 Hoop (picture 12).  There are up to 36 designs on each floppy/USB.  They are written to go directly into your Designer 1 or 2 machine.  Please note:  A floppy disk holds up to 1.44 MB of data.  Some floppy sets will have less than 36 designs because all 36 will not fit in 1.44 MB of space.  For example, "Cutwork 4 - Mega-Hoop Favorites" on a floppy will have only 21 designs because the designs are so large.  All sets on a USB drive will contain 36 designs.  By buying, you certify that you understand this. The floppy disk/USB will be made in one business day and sent to you by first-class mail.  Notice:  If you fail to pick a collection or contact me within 48 hours of purchasing, I will automatically send SHV designs of MY choice.  The one of the last customers who bought this auction never contacted me after buying, even though I sent multiple e-mails and Ebay Messages.  That is not going to happen again. All floppy disks and USBs are checked before they are packaged to ensure that they were copied correctly and will run on your Designer 1 machine.   No refunds!   These are easily copyable computer files.  A new media will be sent in exchange if something is wrong with your returned media.   Please contact me with any problems before leaving feedback. The media will be sent in a paper disk envelope inside a cardboard protector inside a padded mailer envelope within one business day. If you check my feedback, you will see that everyone is very happy with the number and quality of the designs that I am selling.  I have tried to work with my customers to help them open the data media and access the designs.    I want everyone to be happy with their purchase.   I don't expect everyone to be a computer genius, but some very minimal amount of expertise is required to use these media.   As stated in my Return Policy, there are no refunds.    If something is wrong with the media (I check each one before I mail it), I will send another media when you return it.    If you ordered the wrong media, I'm sorry.    You are welcome to buy the correct media from my auction.    If you need minimal help, just ask.    I'll be glad to help.   I don't own or have access to a Viking Designer 1 machine (my wife has five Brother machines). Due to the number of current customers (Thank you all!), I can no longer keep track of what you have already bought, the format it was in, and when you bought it.  Going through paper and electronic records to make sure that a customer has not bought an item before, contacting the customer, sending a cancellation request, refunding through Paypal, and sending the fee amount (that Paypal does not refund) through Paypal Send Money is getting to be a burden and a distraction from new sales.  When you buy an item and send your payment, you have bought the item and I will ship, even if you bought a different format before, bought same item before, bought the wrong item, or bought an item previously that contains that item.  For example, if you buy my 22,000-design set and later buy my Embroidery Shop CD (which is contained on the multi-item set), I will no longer contact you to make sure you really want it.  I just do not have the time or memory to continue doing this.  We are all big girls and boys who can read.  If you buy it, I'm shipping it quickly.  Thank you for your purchase.  No refunds because you bought something twice, even on different disks.  No refunds because you bought the wrong thing - KNOW BEFORE YOU BUY.  Thank you for understanding.  This way I can devote my time to getting your item to you quickly and not to worrying that you bought the same thing on a different disk a year ago. Return Policy - Since I test each media before I ship it, I am rarely asked to allow the return of design media.  However, a recent problem with a buyer over a DVD requires me to spell out my Return Policy in detail.  Ebay allows sellers to have a Return Policy separate from the standard Ebay policy.  Mine is as follows: You return the nonworking media to me at your expense (it currently costs me about $3 for postage to mail the media to you). I check the media on my computer when I receive it. If there is a problem with the media, I will send you a new media, pay for your First Class postage, and send you a heart-felt apology. If the media is good, I let you know and ask you what you want done with your working media. If you want it back, you will have to pay for postage. This way the buyer gets the designs they paid for and is not out any additional money.  I don't give refunds - just replacement designs.  When I first started selling on Ebay, I took returns through the Ebay Return System. However, I found that people were buying the disks, copying them to their hard drives, claiming that they were "bad", and returning the "good" disks to me at my cost. I quickly saw that I was being taken advantage of and changed my Return Policy to the one described above. If you buy the designs, I will make sure that you get a working media with working designs.  By bidding on this auction or clicking on "Buy It Now", you confirm that you understand this policy and agree to it.  If you do not agree to this policy, PLEASE DO NOT BUY.
