Author/Ulrike Zischka 1978 Soft cover 17.1×23cm Text/German A collection of old embroidery samplers in the Berlin Museum. Not all patterns are shown, but some works are shown on the grid. Most of the works are from the 18th century and are presented in color. It is a book that shows what kind of samplers were made at that time. Explanation, the pattern is monochrome. Good condition; slightly worn covers with a shallow crease at the lower edge. Slightly oversize at 8-1/2″ by 11-3/4″. Just one of many needlework items listed.
