Vtg 60s Chu Lai Vietnam War Souvenir Jacket Coat Hand Stitched Embroidery

This jacket is from the Vietnam War time, I assume it's made as a Souvenir for the soldier to take home.... jacket is completely hand made and still in fantastic shape for its age ( some threads have come loose, please see pictures  )
"When I die I'll go to heaven because I've spent my time in hell " is what it says on the back with Chu Lai 68 69 Vietnam .
