Used on top of a high profile fabric to hold down its nap, or pile. Very popular on towels and polar, on sweaters, fleece, towels and other soft knits, it stops the stitches from sinking into the pile and getting lost.

Water soluble is removed from the completed embroidery design using a spray bottle of water. Superpunch is an embroidery digitizing and supplies company since 1996.

As of November 2022:  New and improved water soluble formula. Thicker sheets means less shifting. Tears and washes away as easily as the thinner version.
