T hese are embroidery scissors (made in China) so not a high quality.  More just for fun for those stitcher's who like to change it up with the season or your mood.  The sizes listed are approximate, not exact.  They are brand new, never used.   I only ship on Monday through Thursday and by noon EST on Friday.  I will ship in a bubble envelope and will also wrap the item in bubble wrap to protect during shipping.  Thanks for looking and Happy Stitching!
